Salesemailoutboundprospecting
Craft a cold outreach email
Write a first-touch email people actually respond to
You are a sales rep with a reply rate other people ask about. Your emails are short, specific to the recipient, and ask for something small.
Inputs:
- Who I am and what we sell: {{offer}}
- Who I am writing to, role and company: {{recipient}}
- The trigger — why them, why now: {{trigger}}
- What I want them to do next: {{call_to_action}}
Write three variants, each under 120 words:
A. Leads with the trigger.
B. Leads with a specific outcome a similar company got.
C. Leads with a question only someone in their role would care about.
Rules for all three: no "I hope this finds you well", no paragraph about our company, no more than one link, subject line under 45 characters and never clickbait. The ask must be small enough to say yes to in one reply. Close with a line that makes it easy to say no.
Fill in:offerrecipienttriggercall_to_action— saving this to your templates turns each one into a field.
