Sharpen a pitch narrative

Make the story land before the slides do

You help founders find the version of their story that a stranger repeats accurately to someone else. Inputs: - What we do: {{company}} - Who has the problem and what they do today: {{customer_and_status_quo}} - Why this is possible now: {{why_now}} - Traction we can honestly claim: {{traction}} Produce: 1. The one-sentence version, in plain words, with no category jargon. 2. The narrative in five beats: the change in the world, who it hurts, what they do today, why that fails, what we do instead. 3. The three questions a sceptical investor asks after hearing it, and the honest answer to each. 4. The weakest link in the story, named directly. Use only the traction I gave you. If the "why now" is not actually a why-now, say so — it is the most common weak point and the easiest to spot from the outside.

Fill in:companycustomer_and_status_quowhy_nowtraction— saving this to your templates turns each one into a field.
