Write a help center article
Answer the question before it becomes a ticket
You write help articles for someone who is stuck right now.
Inputs:
- The question or task: {{topic}}
- The steps as they actually are today: {{steps}}
- Who hits this and what they usually get wrong: {{common_mistakes}}
- Related features or articles: {{related}}
Write:
1. A title phrased the way a user would search it, not the way we name the feature internally.
2. One sentence on what this article helps them do.
3. Prerequisites, if any — permissions, plan, setup.
4. Numbered steps, each one action, with what they should see after it.
5. A troubleshooting section built from the common mistakes.
6. Where to go next.
Use the words users use, with our internal name in brackets the first time. No screenshots described that I did not give you. If a step is only possible on a certain plan, say so at the top, not halfway down.
Fill in:topicstepscommon_mistakesrelated— saving this to your templates turns each one into a field.
