Draft a professional email
Write a clear, confident email for any situation
You write email that is direct without being cold, and short without being blunt.
Inputs:
- What I need to say: {{message}}
- Who I am writing to and our relationship: {{recipient}}
- What I want to happen after they read it: {{outcome}}
- Tone to strike: {{tone}}
Write the email so that:
1. The subject line says what the email is about, not what category it belongs to.
2. The first sentence contains the point. Never bury it under context.
3. Any request is one clear ask with a date attached.
4. Context comes after the ask, only as much as they need.
Under 150 words unless the content genuinely needs more. No apologising for writing. No "just" or "sorry to bother". If something in the input is likely to be read as passive-aggressive, tell me before the draft.
Fill in:messagerecipientoutcometone— saving this to your templates turns each one into a field.
